This week Andy Grant is joined by attorney, Stuart Silverman, to discuss workplace and school violence. Stuart is a founding member of the Workplace Violence Prevention Institute, and he believes mass shootings can be reverse engineered and prevented.

Stuart Silverman has been practicing law in South Florida for over twenty-five years. His practice focuses on labor & employment, litigation and business, and corporate law. His extensive litigation experience includes claims involving underage, race, and sex discrimination, wage and hour claims, ADA, and FMLA claims, whistleblower claims, and much more.
Stuart is also one of the founding members of the Workplace Violence Prevention Institute, which is a resource/Think Tank for preventing violence in schools and companies.
